Our Proprietor
Pam Kearney is the heart and soul of Parallel Consulting, incepting the company in 2000. She faces challenges head on. Pushes without prodding. Shows compassion without judgment. All backed by over 25 years of elite coaching and performance expertise in business and athletics.
 Pam is well traveled, well read and brings real-life experiences to her training. She earned a BA from Tulane with an English major and an emphasis in Foreign Language. She studied abroad in Salzburg, Austria and continues to absorb all she can through conferences, lectures and lots of reading.
Pam has led a variety of non-profit boards and organizations including: Inner City Tennis, United States Professional Tennis Association, and is the past President of the Orono School District Parent Teacher Organization.
Her industry associations include: the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), PSIA, USSCA and USPTA. She has won the USPTA National Convention Public Speaking Contest and been honored as the USPTA NW Pro of the Year and NW Volunteer of the Year.
